Ordered a birthday present for a family…

Ordered a birthday present for a family member. The day it was meant to be delivered I received an email saying that there had been issues with fulfilment of my order and it would now be delivered the next day. Unfortunately I cannot move my relative’s birthday so the “birthday present” is now of little value.
They offered to refund the postage but only as a credit against future purchases... which is not really a refund at all.
I should have used M&S or Waitrose as I’ve done in the past. I will not be using Moonpig again.

Extremely poor customer service experience

I ordered a fathers day card over 2 weeks in advance. Sadly my step dad passed away yesterday and I asked for the card not to be sent. I didn't want any refund, I wasn't looking for my money back, I just didnt want to cause my mum distress in a couple of weeks time by having a card delivered for him more than a fortnight after he'd passed away. Moonpig said there's nothing that can be done ..... once you've paid, no amendments are accepted. So even though the card won't be dispatched for at least another week, they cannot simply fish it out and not post it. How insensitive. The customer service guy, Pedro, then said he realised this was frustrating but hoped I had a great day anyway..... Not the response I expected after telling him we'd just suffered a bereavement!! Shocking....Definitely won't be using any of their services again!

I ordered the gift within 2 days in…

I ordered the gift within 2 days in advance and planed it to the birthday, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time. ????????????

Don't buy the flowers

We bought flowers arrived in a wilting state so we complained sent photos of our concern, they sent another bunch, that second bunch was even worse badly rotting, wilting, and yet box was intact. See photo
Photo was tanked 5 mins of receiving box

Whatever happened to humour?

It is a pity that so many of the cards contain sexual or expletive content. Whatever happen to genuine wit and clever humour? I was also disappointed that I could not add text in one section of the card.

Haven't posted

The cards are for my 12-year-old nieces Birthday which is this Friday. I paid to have them delivered today. Still haven't been dispatched. Atrocious company. More than likely won't arrive until after the fact. They're blaming the pandemic for this. This is odd as every other company seems to be able to dispatch orders quickly when you pay for next day delivery. Quick enough to take money which again is odd since most companies don't take cash until near the time of dispatch. What is it they got one bloke with one printer working in his mothers home or something? Not good enough. Just wished I read some reviews before ordering from this site. I will never order from them again. I just got to hope it comes before a little girl thinks her Uncle and Aunt has forgotten her Birthday.

Letterbox gysophilia

Flowers arrived a day late. Several broken stems and very dehydrated. Really not worth the cost.
Did pick up a little when put in water

I entered a particular date for the…

I entered a particular date for the card to be dispatched as It was important it didn't arrive too early. Dispite it confirming that date. It has been dispatched anyway.
